- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'd RATE THEM ZERO!! The Dental Practice simply deletes NHS patients' records, after a year and pops one onto a 'WAITING LIST'. I found out after my bicycle accident and they suggested I see them as a private patient.
