  Very poor service . Never any appointments . My daughter had all the symptoms of type 1 diabetes and I rang up got an appointment (after 2 weeks may I add ) my daughter was told she didn't have diabetes and the doctor (dr. Tasheen) told she was run down and need multi vitamins . 2 weeks later she was rushed to hospital with type 1 diabetes. Yesterday I rang up continuously for and appointment because my daughters foot had swollen and then I finally got an emergency appointment with dr . Tasheen which I wasn't best pleased about she gave her antibiotics cream and when we were leaving she wrote on her laptop to reception to give to me : ( insert my daughters name here ) emergency appointment cannot be classed as an emergency appointment an for future reference only book if it an real emergency

  Bad experience. I suffer with depression and slipped discs in my back, i ring up to get a recorded msg saying theres no appointments today (thats everytime i ring up might i add) and then when i get through to a receptionist i get asked "did i not get the message?" all i wanted to do was ask if i could book an appointment for another day. How do you think i feel now? Dont join this surgery, i stopped taking my anti depressants due to not being able to get an appointment and then get told by my therapist to get an urgent appointment to be spoken to like that by a sarcastic cow? Not helpful at all. Drs are good if you can actually see them, receptionists i wouldnt piss on if they were on fire. Highly unrecommended.
