- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I never seen a practice or a nhs local were the receptionist hang up the phone..... they are unfriendly and treat us without any respect. I don't recomand for anybody, personally I'm very dissatisfied. I calld yesterday at 17:48 the receptionist lady answered the phone,when I told her the problem si said to call the 111 becouse they are closing. Unacceptable.by Nagy KingaAugust 30, 2017
