- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been at this surgery for 11 years, and yes it has it up's and down's, but whenever I spoken about any problems it is usually sorted out straight away. Normally I can get a appointment for the same day, docs are always polite, and most of the receptions staff are extremely friendly. For Luton this is a good surgery, been to a few and this is one of the best I have been too. As with anything there is always room for improvements but this surgery has more good then bad. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctor's surgery never has any appointments. The receptionists always change and some of them are soo rude. This time it is Louise she has been rude to my family and I on four different occassions. As well as being rude she said she makes the rules for the appointments. She also never gave an emergency appointment (it was between 8:30-9am). If anyone wants an emergency appointment you need to call from 8:30-9am.
