- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Started ringing the surgery at 08.00 and finally on th 87th call I got through, after spending 7 minutes at no 2 on the waiting list and 14 minutes at no 1 on the waiting list was told no appointments left. Bearing in mind the lines were down for over half an hour I find this hard to believe. Very disappointed and angry.by John TelferDecember 29, 2016
