Not just face to face but also via the phone - they’re always willing to help! The clinic itself is very clean & has a nice, calm atmosphere which does definitely make a difference. The detail of my treatment is always explained to me during each appointment. My concerns are always addressed, my questions are always answered & I never feel like my appointments are being rushed which would be a plus for any patient! Overall I am happy with how my braces treatment has been going so far & I’m glad I chose Confident Dental Care for my treatment. Having visited other dental clinics beforehand I felt a positive vibe from Confident Dental Care from the get-go.
